Make Your Own Baby Food

"Thought about making homemade baby food but are intimidated by the process?
Want your whole family to eat less processed foods but don't know where to start?
This class will take you through the process of making your own baby food, from selecting the ingredients (choosing organic, introducing flavors, etc.) to preparing & storing the food. By the end, you will be whipping up purees like a pro. Making your own baby food is not only cheaper than store-bought food but it's the only way to control exactly what goes into your child's body. And with foods full of preservatives, pesticides, hormones and antibiotics, it's more important than ever to be proactive about what our children eat.
Learn from a real working, cloth diapering mom - Abi Augello - how to make and store baby food, introduce flavors and textures, navigate between the terms "organic", "free range", "natural" & use food to ease some of your baby's common discomforts."
